Fun Adult Learning and Leisure at T&T


T&T has long worked with older people and kids. Now we’re expanding our offer for everyone in between – why should kids and grans have all the fun?! We’re developing an exciting new programme of adult activities to:

  • Add some social sparkle to your evenings and weekends!
  • Make mornings a chance to get fit, well and happy
  • Make Sundays family fun days for the whole community

Our Mindfulness class is a wonderful start to the week! Learn how to relax, keep calm when under stress, and beat the blues with clever yet simple breathing exercises. With a friendly group and lovely tutor, it’s fine to drop in at any time! Suggested donation £3 or free with a T&T Freebie card.








Ukulele – Monday 6pm 

If you’ve always fancied learning a musical instrument – now’s the time! The uke is said to be one of the easiest instruments to learn, and our lovely folk musician tutor will have you strumming and singing classic folk, pop and rock in no time! £7 with ukuleles provided.





Create Space – Fridays 10.30am – 12.30pm 

Make, paint, draw, sew, design, collage & more…

Make things  & friends, bring creative projects or just drink tea & eat biscuits in good company!

MasterChess – Every Wednesday 12pm-2pm

Join MasterChess each week for a battle on the board of Chess Master matches from the past.

Afterwards there will be an hour to grow your own game play in a quiet and concentrated setting.

Would suit those with basic chess knowledge.

All adult ages & abilities and Free.







Tap Dancing – T&T

Weekly tap dancing lessons for adults.

Join us for some rhythmic, uplifting and jazzy fun on Thursday evenings 6-7pm (starting 27th September).

£3 a session or free with a T&T freebie card.

No experience needed but pre-tappers welcome!

No tap shoes? No problem! Just wear hard soled shoes and comfortable clothing.
