This class will look at establishing the foundations of a safe and rewarding yoga practice. We will go back to an awareness of breath and alignment, looking at how we can happily inhabit our body and mind with a growing awareness of comfort and grace. This course is progressive and will build into the Ashtanga sequence in such a way that makes it suitable for anyone. I will introduce you smoothly into the idea of self practice early on, so that you are able to establish a practice on your own at home if you wish.
