Happy Mondays

A fun range of activities and events for older people, with guest speakers, taster sessions and regular outings to places of interest.

For people aged 60+

Men’s Pub Club

An easy-going meet-up for men down the local. Come along for a game of cards or dominoes and some good company. 

For men aged 55+

Rainbow Arts

An encouraging, fun and friendly art group. Learn drawing and painting techniques from a tutor; work on group projects and/or on your own work.

Strength & Balance

Keep fit and improve your strength and balance through dynamic chair-based exercise with a qualified and experienced instructor.

VIP Club (Visually Impaired Persons’ Group)

A group for older people living with sight loss to get together.

The Friday Social

The 60+ club for people who aren’t old! It’s a social club, full of chat, entertainment, activities & friendship. No two weeks are the same!

A supported social and self-help group for stroke survivors and their carers. People of all ages are welcome to come and participate in a wide range of social and health-related activities, and to receive advice and information on relevant topics.
