Happy Mondays

A fun range of activities and events for older people, with guest speakers, taster sessions and regular outings to places of interest. For people aged 55+ Monday 13:00 – 15:00 at the Old Mortuary


Men’s Pub Club

An easy-going meet-up for men down the local. Come along for a game of cards or dominoes and some good company. For men aged 55+ Wednesday 14:30- 16:30 at The Ship, St Marychurch Street

Rainbow Arts

An encouraging, fun and friendly art group. Learn drawing and painting techniques from a tutor; work on group projects and/or on your own work. For people aged 55+ Thursday 10:00 – 12:00 at T&T2. Cost: £5

Ruby Tuesdays & Carers Club

Ruby Tuesdays is a welcoming group designed for people with memory loss or dementia. Every Tuesday – 1:00pm to 3:00pm. Our Carers Group is bi-weekly – 2:00pm to 3:00pm

Strength & Balance

Keep fit and improve your strength and balance through dynamic chair-based exercise with a qualified and experienced instructor. For people aged 55+ Tuesday 13:00-14:00 & 14:30-15:30 at T&T2. Cost: £5

The Friday Social

The 60+ club for people who aren’t old! It’s a social club, full of chat, entertainment, activities & friendship. No two weeks are the same! For people aged 60+ Friday 13:00 – 15:00 at T&T2

Make things, make friends. Geniuses and novices, get out of your chair and make a repair – with light refreshments. For people aged 55+ Monday and Thursday 13:30 – 16:30 at London Bubble


Stroke Club

A supported social and self-help group for stroke survivors and their carers. People of all ages are welcome to come and participate in a wide range of social and health-related activities, and to receive advice and information on relevant topics. Toddler Shake ’n’ Boogie

Enjoyable and educational stories for under 5s, with lots of lively music, songs and movement. Tuesdays 9:30 – 11:30 at T&T2


Magical Storytime

Come along and hear tales of excitement, adventure and heaps of fun at our Magical Storytime with Sally and Debbie! For little ones aged 0-2 years and their parents. Fridays 10:30 – 11:30 at T&T2

Bęc Polish Singing Playgroup

Summer Holiday Club

Open to ages 6-11 and 12-15 year olds, our holiday clubs are an exciting, enriching, and carefully designed programme where children can explore their creativity, build confidence, and enjoy the freedom to play, learn, grow and have fun in a supportive and inspiring environment over the school holidays.
