Carers Group

Our Carers Group is a safe, informal space for people supporting someone with dementia or memory loss to connect, share experiences, and recharge.
Whether you’re looking for advice or just want to listen to others who understand, this group is here for you. We host regular guest speakers and themed sessions on topics such as self-care, bereavement, and nutrition.
While our Carers Group is running, our Ruby Tuesday’s group also takes place at the same time. Ruby Tuesday’s is a supportive session for people living with dementia or memory loss, also held at Time & Talents.
