Hatha Flow Yoga

An event every week that begins at 8:00 pm on Monday, repeating until August 22, 2016
Come join Kristy for a reenergising hatha flow yoga class with a focus on alignment and breath to help you get deeper and more out of postures. This class is a balanced combination of sustained poses as well as poses flowing in a mindful progression from one to another.
All levels are welcome from beginner to advanced. Yoga mats are provided. Drop in the class for £7 (cash only).
