An event every week that begins at 7:00 am on Monday, repeating until June 27, 2016
Start your week feeling reinvigorated, taller and energised. This mix level Pilates class is very small (up to 8 participants) to ensure a supportive and safe environment in which you can learn and practice Pilates. Pilates is an exercise method that aims to help with postural alignment and better joint function. Mats are provided so you don’t have to bring anything with you.
The class is open to all, from absolute beginners to experienced clients. Whilst Pilates is increasingly being recommended by physiotherapists and osteopaths, clients with some health conditions may not be able to attend Pilates or a group class.
