The aim of the Society is to encourage interest in the history of Rotherhithe, Bermondsey, the surrounding area, Docklands and River Thames.

The group meet monthly on the last Wednesday of every month, except for June and August when members go on walks and December (which is mid-month and bit different!).

Time: 7:45pm – 9:30/10pm

Membership: £9.90 annual fee, visitors £2

Following Government guidelines, we are unable to provide our usual face to face services and activities or to provide drop-in on to one support.  The safety and wellbeing of our employees, volunteers and service users remain our priority and we continue to reduce risk of transmission and ensure that unnecessary risks are not taken. This means that members of the public are not allowed to enter the Old Mortuary building or use the toilet.

We know that this is a hugely difficult time for our community, and we continue to do everything in our power to support our users and wider community.
