Ruby Tuesdays

A Safe, Supportive Space for People Living with Memory Loss or Dementia

Ruby Tuesdays is a welcoming group designed for people with memory loss or dementia. It also offers carers a chance to take a break while their loved ones enjoy meaningful and enjoyable activities. While Ruby Tuesday’s is running, we also host a Carers Group twice a month for people caring for someone with dementia or memory loss. Meet the Facilitator

Sarah Maillardet

As the facilitator, I lead relaxed, engaging sessions focused on connection, enjoyment, and meaningful interaction. Activities are thoughtfully adapted to suit different abilities and include social time, creative activities, gentle games, and shared experiences that encourage conversation and familiarity.

The group aims to reduce isolation, support wellbeing, and create a sense of belonging in an environment where everyone feels comfortable, respected, and included.
