Organic Pilates

Tuesdays 6:30pm – 7:15pm; Drop-in; £5 on the door

Pilates is a form of exercise which improves flexibility, builds strength and puts emphasis on alignment, breathing, developing a strong core, and improving coordination and balance. 

What makes it ‘organic’ is the way that our instructor, Oana, focuses on helping you feel comfortable working with your body: controlling your breathing, concentrating your thoughts and feeling the flow of one movement into the next.

The classes are suitable for adults of all ages and abilities. In good weather they might take place in the outside calm of the Wisteria Terrace; on cooler evenings it comes inside to the Varney Room.

Mats are available but please bring your own if you have one. Comfortable clothing for exercise should be worn.
