Qigong Classes

Qigong is an ancient Chinese practice that blends gentle movements, mindful breathing, and calm focus to help your body and mind feel more balanced and energised. It’s easy on the joints and perfect for all ages and fitness levels, offering a chance to slow down and reconnect with yourself while still getting your body moving.

With regular practice, qigong classes can ease tension, improve posture, and lift your mood—leaving you feeling peaceful, refreshed, and ready to take on the day. Joining a Qigong class is a great way to keep moving while enjoying a sense of calm and community. These classes are taken standing up, with chairs available where you are welcome to sit and rest at any time.
